But is this what's really important? When I was planning my wedding, I needed strategies and emotional support for dealing with all the ups and downs. This is the anti-bootcamp bootcamp-- your body looks great the way it does, and you're going to be beautiful on your wedding day. This is a series about emotional wellness, living yoga principles, and yoga-based strategies for dealing with stress, in addition to a physical flow yoga practice.
