Tend Your Garden

Plant the seeds for long term health improvement by joining myself and my friend, Tyler Setlock, a Registered Dietitian. We'll have a discussion around successful behavior change strategies, develop a behavior change plan to help you accomplish your goals, and learn about nourishing our bodies with healthy foods so that we have the energy to help our goals come to life. 

Register at $30 per participant, and space is limited to 5 participants.
