Chair Yoga: Moving through the holidays

Give yourself the gift of movement in between holidays this year. For the four weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we'll meet weekly to practice yoga to make sure you make time for yourself during this hectic season.

We'll use a chair as a prop, so there's no getting up and down off the floor.

This class is a great opportunity for all practitioners, including those who are newer to a yoga practice or who have been interested in starting one.

$40 until 11/26. 10 participants maximum, 5 minimum.
