This series is an introduction to chair yoga. We will learn about all the ways we can use the chair as a prop for our practice, in both sitting and standing positions. If you’ve ever been interested in starting a yoga practice, but don’t like the idea of getting up and down off of the floor, this could be the way to do it! A chair is an excellent tool for both beginning and deepening a practice.
