Life begins at the edge of our comfort zone-- I am not a runner, but with the help of some friends competed in an almost 300-mile relay race in western Montana. I prefer to stick to yoga, but it's always good to test your boundaries.

I studied for my 200-hour certificate with the support of some people who saw how yoga helped me live more fully and with more clarity. I am passionate about yoga and the good it does our bodies and minds, and I love to educate others about what I am learning! I also hold a Masters of Science in Health and Human Performance, and am a certified Community Health Education Specialist.

I am currently working on completing my 300-hour certificate to expand my knowledge about the art of teaching and practicing yoga, and I'm proud to have provided over 1,000 hours of yoga instruction since 2012.
